LED wall washers provide higher lighting and a larger area than rigid strip lights. LED rigid strip lights are suitable for uses like jewelry counter lights and are not applicable to outer walls. If used on outer walls, they should be applied to walls with a radiation height of less than 1 meter. If you want to shoot over a high range, use wall lights.

Difference 2: Appearance and Structure

LED wall washers use high-powered LEDs with a waterproof rating above IP65. LED rigid strip lights use low-power light sources, primarily made with SMD 5050 beads. They are generally not waterproof, mainly used for dark wave troughs, and can have multiple colors.

Difference 3: Projection Distance

Outdoor landscape lighting usually uses LED wall washers, which can project distances of 2-50 meters. Rigid strip lights are mostly used indoors.
