LED Line Light Production Process:

1. Extrusion production of the lamp body.

2. SMD placement of beads and electronic components (currently using SMT machines for high-precision placement).

3. Wire bonding, aging test to ensure semi-finished LED strip lights are functioning normally.

4. Encapsulation (previously done manually which was cumbersome, now done by machines for increased precision and efficiency).

5. Apply tempered glass or PC cover.

6. Secure the plug.

7. Tap or shake to test for dead LEDs.

8. Waterproof testing.

9. Aging testing.

LED Line Light Lighting Application Scenarios:

Currently, an increasing number of lighting scenarios are employing linear elements. Given the diversity of LED line lights' styles and installation methods, LED line lights are flexible products rather than standard ones, making it difficult to define their function independently. They serve both lighting and visual art purposes. The size, light color, installation pattern, and control modes can be tailored to each individual space's requirements.

Based on the specific application range of LED line lights their length can be customized and spliced according to the actual installation requirements. Additionally, the built-in line light source can have its power and color temperature adjusted according to the usage scenario. With the widespread adoption of intelligent control systems, to enhance the sensory experience, an increasing number of users are inclined to add smart control effects to improve the visual art effect of the space.

Now, LED line lights are no longer confined to office settings. Designers are applying them to commercial spaces, home interiors industrial lighting and other environments to create varied lighting effects. They are suitable for installation in bars, kitchens, clothing stores, liquor cabinets, stairs, shops, reception areas, walls, bookcases, bathrooms, bedrooms, dance studios, display cases, corridors, ceilings, and other locations.
