1. The heat sink is made from 1060 pure aluminum for excellent heat and thermal conduction and adopts the clasp FIN process, a patented technology plan for manufacturing.

2. The contact area between the aluminum base plate and the heat sink is enlarged, tightly fitting without any gaps, reducing air thermal resistance, and accelerating the heat conduction of the aluminum base plate.

3. Each fin has an air hole, with the fins connected to form a circular air circulation channel, allowing the internal high temperature to be discharged through air convection or heat sink channels.

7. The lamp body structure is lightweight, only 60%—70% of the vehicle aluminum parts. There is no need to fill thermal conductive silicone in the power box, reducing the production and maintenance costs for enterprises and also lowering their transportation costs.

8. Equipped with 280 high-power LEDs as the light source. Beads are selected from original imported CREE beads from the USA, characterized by high thermal conductivity, low light attenuation, pure light color, and no ghosting.

9. Unique heat dissipation integrated with lamp shell planning effectively conducts and spreads heat, reducing the temperature inside the lamp body, ensuring an LED source lifespan of 50,000 hours. Based on being lit for 11-12 hours per day, the LED tower crane light will not require replacement for 12 years.

10. The surface undergoes anodic oxidation anti-corrosion treatment, with a compact and beautiful structure. Good anti-corrosion, waterproof, and dust-proof performance.

11. The energy-saving effect is significant, with high-power LED light sources equipped with a high-efficiency power supply from Taiwan MEAN WELL, saving more than 60% energy compared to sodium lamps.

12. Green environmental protection, pollution-free, does not contain lead, mercury, and other pollution elements, causes no pollution to the environment.

13. Good color rendering makes the color of objects appear more realistic. Various light colors are available, meeting the needs of different environments, eliminating the depression caused by traditional lamps' too high or too low color temperature, making the visual experience twice as comfortable, and improving the work efficiency of workers.

14. Using MEAN WELL constant current and constant voltage power supply, suitable for a wide range of voltages (AC85V-265V), overcoming the grid fluctuations caused by the ballast, noise pollution, and instability of the light, avoiding the impact and fatigue on the eyes during work.

15. The decorative effect is good, using a special surface treatment process, the appearance can choose multiple colors, the installation is simple, the disassembly is convenient, and the applicable range is wide.
